The strategy elements include external recruitment for a sustained pipeline of talent, employee engagement, employee retention, and professional development.


To make this happen, we work with business leaders, HR business partners, external thought partners, and other members of leadership teams to further D&I functional and enterprise initiatives.

Meet Eddie Bonner

CEO/Owner, DavGo Consulting

Eddie Bonner has an award-winning career spanning over 30 years in various roles with 4 of the leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the industry. Throughout those years, he has always advocated and been a champion for the hiring, retention, and development of diverse talent. Professional Certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from Yale School of Business and training from Cornell University in Diversity Recruiting & Talent Acquisition have given Eddie the additional tools necessary to drive business imperatives and develop a roadmap for inclusive behavior at all organizational levels. 


He has led diversity and inclusion field-based efforts, creating and implementing an Ambassador Program and Networking Forum for People of Color as well as driving the Field Sales Inclusive Hiring Guidance for the commercial sales force.


While managing strategy and implementation for three Core Pillars of driving diversity, equity and inclusion for Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs, Eddie was responsible for:

  • Overseeing the Creation and Execution of Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Training and Programs Across the Organization
  • Managing Talent Acceleration(Development) Program and leading all Business Unit Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
  • Embedding Diversity and Inclusion Into Training and Leadership Development in Alignment With Overall Organizational Strategies
